Your commitment is to immediately notify our management team of any problem as it occurs and to give us the opportunity of rectifying that problem to your satisfaction.

 

The provisions of the Guarantee will be discussed with you at the time the sale is concluded. If at that time you have complaints with the quality of our service that have not been appropriately met at the time you brought them to the attention of the management team, we will waive our commission to the extent you feel is relative to the complaint.

 

Responsibility for accepting a sale price will always lie with you. Our Guarantee extends to all aspects of our service to you but we are unable to Guarantee the length of time it will take to sell a property or the final sale price. The decision to accept any price is yours, and yours alone.

 

Listing Guarantee: If at any stage during the term of our agency you are dissatisfied with my service you may terminate our agreement and employ another agent. Why would I do this?
